Five million pixels. One dollar each. Claim a piece of the board and make it yours.

I originally planned to make a charitable pledge part of this project. Then I started researching what was involved and discovered something kind of absurd: formally tying a commercial project to charity is a lot more complicated than I expected. So I'm keeping the two completely separate.

It's amazing how difficult it can be to formally give money to a good cause without creating a mountain of paperwork along the way.

So for now, this is simply the experiment. What happens afterward is a separate matter.
